We have made some upgrades to the system and your first login after these changes requires the following steps:
        
        1-	On the login page, click on “Forgot your password?” link
        2-	It takes you to another page where you should enter your email address (email@domain.com) and click “EMAIL LINK” button
        3-	If it says “The user is not confirmed”, simply click “RESEND CONFIRMATION LINK” button
        4-	System will send you an email with a link. Please click on the link to verify this email belongs to you
        5-	After verification is done, try to reset your password as explained above
        6-	You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
