Evolynx RADIUS v 5.0.0

RADIUS SERVER v 5.0.0 is the first release of the Evolynx RADIUS Server based on Microsoft .net framework 2.0. This version of the RADIUS server is a full rewrite of the V 4.0.0 in C# and provides better performance and more features.
