RADIUS SERVER v 5.0.0 is the first release of the Evolynx RADIUS Server based on Microsoft .net framework 2.0. This version of the RADIUS server is a full rewrite of the V 4.0.0 in C# and provides better performance and more features. Software Requirements

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003/2008, Windows Vista
  • .net Framework 3.5 or above

Minimum Hardware Requirements

  • 128 MB of free RAM
  • Adequate Hard Disk Space for Evolynx software and database files

Terminology

  • AAA
    Authentication, Authorization and Accounting
  • RADIUS Client
    An access server (hardware or software) which will use Evolynx Radius for AAA services.
  • Service
    (i.e. Dial-up, WiFi, VoIP,...)
  • Customer
    End user of the service.
  • Company
    A real or virtual organization used to categorize customers.
  • LoginID
    User ID used by Customer to login to service
  • Operator
    Administrators of Evolynx Radius
