3. Assigning a Company to an Operator
Whenever an
Operator logs on to the Admin page, he will have access to information
of a default
Company. After a fresh installation of Evolynx Database, there is only
one Operator defined in this database, and it has no Company assigned to it.
To assign a Company to this predefined Operator, select Settings from
Top Menu and then select Operators. The following page will appear:
Click on Operator named admin. The next screen shows the information
of the selected operator. Here you can select a default Company for this Operator
and change his password. (Please change the default password for admin
immediately after installation.)
Note: in Evolynx RADIUS, User IDs are not case sensitive, but passwords are.
Make sure you always keep at least one Operator selected as Administrator
because only Administrators will have access to Settings menu.
Select a Company and click on Save button.
