Quick Start Guide

6. Creating a Customer
To add a new Customer, from Customers top menu, select "Add / Edit Customers" and then click on Add new Customer button. The first page holds the contact information.

Fill any of the data fields you need. Only First Name and Last Name are required. You can enable the "Security Info Required" option in Settings to make the Birthdate and "Identification Number" fields mandatory.

Click on "Security Info" button. This page stores the security related information. Identification number could be any kind of ID, like Social Security Number, Drivers License number, etc. After entering the information, click on Apply Changes button. This save the information in the database and displays the word "Saved" next to "Apply Changes" button. now click on Service Info button, and then click on Renew/Change button.

Select a Service type and then click on OK button.
